Hey

I noticed a few hours ago my lips where white... I felt fine but once I saw it i got extremely worried. I am also really tired, does it have anything to do with anemia? I got a blood test done a few months ago and everything was fine. I have also eaten foods high in iron? What could it be?

Don't focus on it Shia. Try to do some housework or something to take you mind off of it. Stay on here to post and learn from others :)

I can't tell you what is going on because I'm not your doc. Just write all you worries down when you can to give to your doc the next time you make an appt. If you are worried, the sooner the better :)

You'll be okay. Just smile :)

I'm panicking... :(
My lips aren't pale anymore... I still feel weird... I'm eating a bunch of steamed broccoli now. To get some iron...

Just stay in the moment and focus on something else. If you have to put on some happy music and dance and sing away :) Or put in a really funny movie so you can laugh :)

Have some fun!

My blood pressure is 123/73 and my pulse is 82
If i was to be anemic wouldn't my blood pressure be low?

It is very normal for anybody's BP and Pulse to vary quite a bit throughout the day. It is nothing to worry about :) You will be fine :)
