Suck up the anger kiddo, your Gma who is 86 is the one that you dislike right? I am not sure she could do anything that would please her so quit trying to fix her and fix you instead. I do not believe that she has the power to break her leg on the first day of your vacation to spite you.
Ask your Mom and your Aunt to come over and stay with her so you can go out. I don't think this is anxiety but anger and IMHO it feels to me like you store up all the things she does and try to make her into this person who is out to make your life a living hell.
I know you live in her house as you have no place else to live. Understand that anger is an expression of “not getting what you need”.
All anger stems from hurt. Now when your angry try to think of what is really making you feel this way and why you feel hurt. My best advice re your Gma, Get over it. Move on and be happy!
