Good Morning Family,

I am late on getting this posted but I pampered myself this morning.  :-)

Today's Question:

What’s on my mind right now?

Great Tony, exactly what we have been doing is answering each question.

My own for right now is " thinking about how much time I spend online and how to cut back and continue to provide support to all of the members in need"

Next up.................. idea

As I've previously posted, I am worried about some work issue every weekend.  It's not that these arent real concerns it's just that they seem to overshadow everything I do.  I am thinking in addition to have acute anxiety earlier this year I may also have General Anxiety Disorder.  Work is about the only thing I worry all the time about though - not money, marriage, son, extended family.

Kitt, I don't know how you do what you do.  If anyone deserves more "me" time, it's you.

What is on my mind right now is that I am angry that I had panic attacks all day yesterday, and it is causing me undue anxiety today. Also, that I am stronger than the anxiety, and I WILL NOT let it escalate to what it used to be!!!
Diagnosed with Crohn's March 2006, Fibromyalgia November 2008
Asacol 3 times a day, Remicade 10mg/kg every 4 weeks, Prednisone 12 mg, Miralax,  Prevacid 30mg, Vit B12, Vitamin D, Slow-FE (Iron), Hydrocortisone enemas
Imuran stopped 9/8/08 (possible Pancreatitis)
Paxil 40mg daily (for Panic disorder)
Xanax .5mg as needed (for anxiety attacks)

What I'm thinking is that I'm not alone in how I feel. You all echo my feelings and thoughts almost to a tee.

Kitt, I think we are all wishing you some well deserved rest and balance for your life :) I appreciate you being here for me :)
Much Love, Hugs, Peace and Comfort!!!

What's on my mind right now?  Christmas presents are wrapped, laundry almost done, now trying to think of how to get rid of a nagging headache and taking a long nap and utmost STAYING WARM.  It's frigidly cold here in Missouri (12 degrees with windchill of negative 15).  Brrrrrrrr.

Kitt, I don't know how you do what you do.  Pampering yourself this morning is well deserved for you.  I hope you can find some more time today and this week to do some additional pampering.  We all need it from time to time.  I personally try to do at least 15-30 minutes a day of "ME" time just to regroup.

Hi Lee Sharon.

Nice to meet you. I know how hard it is to lose a loved one and go through the holidays. I'm thinking a lot about mom and my brother (etc) this year also. There are many people on here that are going through it also, so browse around and read the threads. I'm going to start a new one right now about loved ones and the ways we can cope during the holidays/life.

Take care and keep the good thoughts and memories close to your heart :)

Hello.

There's not really much on my mind right now. Only how I have no food here and am going to have leave to get some at some point. I have a lot to do here and don't wanna go out. It's cold. For here, anyway.

I'm answering this late. I'm thinking about everything. My health, my need for a paying job, the storm outside, my family....lots of things.
