We are doing some positive threads on dealing with anxiety as well as supporting CBT Therapy.

Oh yeh I'll be fine for days or up to a week and bam all the sudden things change and I feel like a different person. That is when the CBT therapy kicks in harder and we have to try to talk ourselves out of what is happening. Sometimes I don't even know what sets off the anxiety but through journaling and such I can usually figure it out and face it head on. I too have health anxiety and am constantly having to remind myself that "my heart is fine, nothing wrong, just the physical symptom of my anxiety disorder". I hope things get better for you. We are here for you.
