I have never been woke up by the cars running in the garage and a new Escalade sitting in me driveway.  No excitement like that here in the lower states.  devil

Merry Christmas  Cowboy, are you going to wrestle a Polar Bear today or what have you planned?

At least your horse had some company for Christmas. That must have really been something. I love horses, they are just too much work.

I love horses too Karen and I agree about the work. We have enough going on with the fowl and buying new calves next spring. I got a small statue of a black stallion for Christmas though. . . :)

Does that count Cowboy?

Kitt I want to use your magic garage if you can get it to work :) lol

Hey :)

I just run the old family farm here in Amish Country Missouri. My grandparents used to raise everything, but right now we only have some peafowl because we had a bobcat and some foxes kill our entire flock of chickens within a couple of hours this summer. . . That's how it goes on a farm though :) We used to raise beans, corn, etc and cut tons of hay yearly but we rent out the ground now for extra money. The way the economy is I am getting more stuff going every year. We have huge gardens that are killer and I'm going to get more chickens and buy calves this year. I do plan on buying some babies from a neighbor down the road that raises organic beef. Pasture fed is always best IMO :) And you are right on about the cost.

I think with all this and we get the cook woodstove of my dream in. . . I'll be in business.

Take it easy Cowboy!
