All the replies make me feel alot better!!!! I just feel like my brain is stuck in this funk or something and I cant get out of it. I feel like something in my brain is just "stuck" on and wont go off. My brain is totally aware of every single thing that my body does or feels on the inside. I feel like my brain is totally stuck focusing on my insides than whats going on around me and the outside!! How in the world do you get outta that??? I am always aware of my heart beating, I just start feeling weird and I notice that and I just cant concentrate. Also sometimes I feel worried or afraid to go somewhere out of the house but I have no idea why I feel that way!!!!!!!!

I suggest that you look into relaxation techniques and cognitive behavior therapy today. Check out the resources here on this forum. Doing these two things will help tremendously. Also, if you haven't already, cut out caffeine. You'll feel better soon!

I agree with both Nikki and Aries about CBT plus learning some relaxation/meditation.  We have the links to free stuff you can learn right now in our resources thread at the top of the A/P forum page.  The link is below :)  I also feel that those super sensitve sensations take time.  I have read several sources that say that high anxiety and panic is brought on mostly from Physical, Mental and Emotional Exhaustion. . . Of course whom doesn't go through this at certain periods of their lives?  Just start taking care of your body and give it the exercise and nutrition to help it heal itself :)
