Hello all... how are you, Happy Late New Years and Merry Late Christmas... I haven't been giving back to this site like I should be... I just feel so unorganized and wrong in the head, 211 days sober and nothing good I've been feeling... sigh... well... I hope to talk to you all again soon... I... sigh... ;\... hope all is well with you.

Paulos, I hope you're seeing a therapist. They will be able to help you get your head together again. It sounds like you've been through a lot. Allow your body time to heal. Make sure you're doing things to relax. Learn some relaxation techniques and do some walking or some other type of exercise. Also, congrats on your sobriety!! That is something to be proud of!

The therapist keeps cancelling me and I can't trust therapists.
