Ok, morning family- its a bright, sunny day here in Australia and its far too hot. its what we call a 'scorcher'.
So ive been thinking and thinking of questions cos its good to have fun ones, as well as positive ones and constructive, practical ones, so today i ask you
"What are your 3 most current goals you wish to achieve in the near future?"
  1. Lose weight- find Fibro friendly excercise and cut out junk
  2. Manage to balance my AP with my physical illnesses
  3. Learn to manage my finances a whole lot better. learn to budget.

Ok team, thats my 3 immediate goals- how bout you?

Panic Disorder, Agoraphobia, CFS, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Sinusitis, TMJ disorder, Endometriosis, PCOS, Chronic E.N.T and Upper respiratory tract infections, Reactive Arthritis, GERD,  IBS, Glandular fever, Migraines, Anemia, Chemical/Noise/Light sensitivity, Trichotilomania, PTSD, Seasonal Mood  Disorder, OCD, Benign Vertigo,  Impaired immune system. Tachycardia, tinnitus, low clotting factor= bruising. Tendonitis, Bursitis.
Meds: Zoloft 150mg. Xanax 4mg. Celebrex. Mobic. Panadeine Forte. Digesic. Nexium.
Multiple surgeries- I bear the scars of my poor physical health.
Age:28. First diagnosed at 14. Proud Aussie.

Well, I haven't answered Monday's question yet, but I'll go ahead and do Tuesday's.
1.  Try to stay "in the moment" at all times and not project a future I know nothing about.
2.  Keeping a positive mental attitude at all times (no matter how bad work gets).
3.  Quit smoking.

Anxiety 2007; IBS 2004; Chronic Hives 2002.  Medications:  Allegra, Zantac, Xanax, Darvocet.

Hi Maz :) I envy you the heat my friend because this cold is crazy right now for me. I'm sorry you don't enjoy it although.

1. Keep working with my therapy and other health issues.
2. Stick to my healthy foods and exercise to lose some more weight and feel better.
3. Take more time for myself to do nothing but relax.

  Oh so much to do now that are cold spell is gone and I'm sending it over to you Maz lol

  1. Mend the horses fence line

  2. pull motor out of the chevy truck and rebuild it

  3. get my wife off my back with honey do's

Hi Maz, it's a bonafide scorcher down here 41 degrees..ech! The paint is peeling off the walls of my house..

My list of goals:

1. Be more honest with myself (no more delusional thinking)

2. Be more grateful for what I have.

3. Treat my body with more care and respect (food is not poison!!)

My three current goals are..

- Stay sober, (by the way I am doing great I must say..Ha Ha!)

- Love and forgive myself! (hmmm in time I guess)

- Take control of my finances (that means stay calm untill property settlement comes through)


       My Struggles!
- Graves Disease in remission
- Depression on and off medicated
- Wrongly Diagonised Bi polar with meds
- Wrongly Diagonised Borderline Personality Disorder with meds
- Srtuggling with Bulimia
- X Drug Abuse for self medication
- All along a drug induce psycosis
- Recovering from a broken Heart
- Recient Recovering Alcoholic
      I am getting Stronger!

I would have to say:

1. Continue on the diet I am on. Its not to lose weight but to avoid a Crohns flare.
2. Continue on my same medication plan
3. Take one day at a time.

Been living with Crohn's Disease for 33 years. Currently on Asacol, Prilosec, Estrace, Prinivil, Diltiazem, Percoset prn for pain, Zofran, Phenergan, Probiotics, and Calcium and Xanax as needed. Resections in 2002 and 2005. Also diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Osteoarthritis and Anxiety. Currently my Crohns is in remission.

1.  Accept myself for who I am.

2.  Wean off Cymbalta

3.  Learn to relax and enjoy life more.
