Hey HW Family :)

Sorry to get on here and complain but I would appreciate some spiritual support for me and my family right now.  I've been not feeling well on and off for a few months with my ribs (costo) and now swollen glands along with my digestive system on a stop from too much fast food after the holidays (past few days). . . Don't have anyone to blame but myself for this but hey, we are all human :)  Been using my heat pad, vit C, probiotics, etc. plus started eating healthy foods again, so hopefully this will all settle down before my birthday on the 20th. . . Anyway, just thought I would give you all a heads up with my health right now. . . That is why I've been on a bit sporadically lately. . . Got to take care of the farm and my grandmother so we don't lose it.

Love you all and thanks for everything!  It does me a world of good to just get on here and take my mind off of my problems.

On the upside, I am controlling my Health Anxiety more now and I am so thankful to God right now for that and so many other things :)

'Tis the season for crazy health my friends :)  I hope everyone on here gets to feeling better also. . . I say we give a round of healing thoughts for the whole family right now!

Take care and have a wonderful day! . . . Your Bro . . . Sam :)

We all have times when our bodies just don't feel good and it is fine to come on here and tell us.  We are here for you.  Prayers that you are feeling better.  By the way, have I told you what a great job you are doing as a mod.  I also read about where you got your user name.  Since you are in Missouri, I want to come see you heaven of trees.  I live in an apartment complex and we don't have a lot of "nature" to speak of.  Yours sounds like a small slice of heaven on the farm.  How wonderful it must be.  I do envy you for that.

Dear Bro,

How I wished I lived closer I would bring you some chicken soup but dang those chickens are hard to catch.  I would help you with Grandma...............I would love to adopt her as I have not had a Grandma since I was 13.

I do know you have worked hard to save your families heritage as well as you give so much to others.  I am glad you have a better handle on the anxiety. :-)

A birthday on the 20th.........oh boy.........a fun day and a great day. Celebrating the day you were born into this world, we shall have  virtual cake and you may have all you can eat.  smhair

You have my prayers and support and know you need to take care of you first.  My orientation is good and I am OK now that I have kicked the anxiety to the curb. I will be here this week so do  rest my Bro and know you are being watched over by angels.

Hugs

Hi Sam, Big Bro,

We are all entitled to have a good winge when our bodies are sick. Don't feel the need to apologise okay? In fact I don't even think you had a very good complain..straight off to Vent School for you my friend!! tongue tongue

Now what kind of birthday cake do you want? Kitt is a great cook, but she has a tendency to eat her cakes before we get there!! We may need a few back up cakes so everyone gets a piece...

Take care, and know you have my support and respect for all that you are doing. I am so proud of my new big bro!

Hugs, Meg

Hope you feel better.... Glad your health anxiety isn't acting up... *Seems like its easiest to get anxious about health when you're not feeling well*
I think I am being picked on by life, sometimes. But's that okay. Life and I are good buddies... I know life doesn't mean no harm. It just is the way it is. I can accept that.

Hi Green Grove, I am sure all your stomach troubles are due to the change in your receint diet and maybe the extra stress with the farm ..I can honestly recommend Inner Health Plus, it is a daily capsule of 25 Billion Live Good bacteria. (Probiotic).  It works wonders with me and keeps my stomache and intestines A1.  I'm not sure if u can get it there in America but it is magic. When your insides are healthy everything else seems that little bit easier.  Just a suggestion....Goodluck and Goodhealth to you.  gillxx

sam,

i'm so sorry you're not feeling well right now. i agree with gilly that fast food can really wreck havoc on our systems and would also recommend taking a probiotic (i take sustenex, but i don't know that the brand matters. you can find probiotics pretty much anywhere now, too, not just health food stores-so that's a plus!)

i also agree that you are an EXCELLENT moderator! :)

saying a healing prayer for you and sending you warm, get well thoughts.

Sam, I hope you feel better soon! Yep, the fast food will get to ya. I had gotten really good about not eating out, and now I'm back to the fast food. So, I swore last night would be the last time. It takes discipline. Try to eat better and get some rest. Also, try not to worry. I'll pray for you!

Hey my dear family. . . Making me cry again all of you, lol :)

Thank you so much for all the prayers, warm wishes, healing thoughts, laughter and support!  I could not have asked for a bigger pile of great gifts for my B-day. . . And I think it worked because I am doing a bit better today :)  Yeah!!!!!!!!

Maz-  Lil Aussi Sis with the warm healing prayers :) . . . You are such a great person and have helped me so much with your advice and friendship.  And I am drinking tons of water and juice right now, lol :)  You are such an inspiration for so many on here.

Diane-  My fellow Missouri friend :)  Thank you for the compliment.  You are sweet person.  It is a shame that you can't enjoy more of this beautiful state.  I used to live in New Orleans/Slidell and I know how the apartments can be.  I really would like to open a "Healing Spa" here at the farm someday.  If only I can find a way to make it affordable for all :)

Nikki-  Lil Nikki :)  You are awesome and have been a good friend too.  We are a lot alike, you and I :)  Thanks for helping to keep me on track with my therapy as I've tried to do for you!  Thank you for the compliment my friend :)

Ben-  My European friend!  You are so amazing and have always been there to answer my question with you great brand of advice :)  I appreciate that so much. . . Us fellas got to stick together, lol :)

Gail- Sweet Nanners :)  You are so kind and such a great moderator.  You have helped me out a lot with you wisdom and good natured posts :)  I am glad to have got to know you better and become your friend :)

Kitt- Lil Sis :)  You have been my rock so much lately my sainted friend :)  If you catch those pesky chickens that would be great!  I'll loan you some of the foxes and bobcats that got mine last year, lol :)  And Grandma has always been Grandma to everyone so welcome to our country family (that goes for everyone:)  Thanks for the virtual cake too!

Megsy- My Faery Sis :)  You rock!  I love your attitude and positive nature.  If Kitt eats all the cake that is okay, we'll just keep celebrating with more, lol :)  So I'm being sent off to Vent School. . . I guess that is better than that darn Military School I kept hearng about growing up :)

Celey- Sweet Soul :)  You are very cool and I really like all of your posts!  You are an asset to HealingWell and have helped me out many times.  Thank you for your kind words and sound advice :)

Gilly- Dear GillyLove :)  You are new to the forum and have become a part of the family so quick and I'm glad you are here :)  Thanks for the great advice and I think your right about the stress and my slip on my diet.  I'm taking a probiotic from Wal-Mart which goes down a bit better than plain yogurt, lol :)

Danielle- Our SleepyBug :)  You are another fabulous person that I really enjoy reading you posts and becoming friends with :)  Thank you for you advice as well and I love all the healing prayers and hugs from you.  Also thank you for the compliment too :)

Aries- Sweet Aries :)  You are another bundle of sunshine and great advice as well :)  You are so kind and compassionate to everyone and have that sweet side of the Aries sign like my Grandmother!  Thank you for being so supportive and becoming my friend too :)

Percycat- Our bride to be :)  You are a great mod and have become a good friend.  I love your enthusiasm and dedication to everyone on here :)  Thank you so much for your well wishes to me.  It means so much :)

This make me feel like an actor that just won a Golden Globe, lol :)  Sorry it took so long to reply to this post, but I really wanted to do each of you justice on how much your prayers and support has meant to me.  You all are so induvidual that is is hard to do this without reiterating some of my key phases :)  I hope you all know that a lot of what I've said applies to each of you because there aren't enough words for me to properly show you all how much you mean to me. . . And of course the writer in me would cringe at the lack of postive descriptiveness :)

You all are a part of my heart and soul. . . Thank you again and God bless!!!

Edit: Roflmbo :)  I just read this again and laughing at the "you all" over and over.  Boy, you can tell I grew up in the country, lol :)  I guess I should just get down to it and say "Y'all come back now, ya' hear" :)
