Let's begin by NOT smoking. It's not helping the situation and may even be causing the problems. Quit smoking and after a few weeks, see how you feel. Also, if you are a teen, ask your parents for therapy. Tell them you don't feel right. If you're older, get a therapist. Professional help will make you feel better! Keep a positive attitude. I'll be praying for you!
