I'm posting this as a challenge to read through some of the great articles and other resources here as HealingWell to see if you can find something that will be of benefit not only to yourself, but to all of us members as well :)  Just post a brief description in this thread along with the link to the article or whatever you find within our archives here.  They are vast and very informative so happy researching :)  Please also feel free to post other articles and whatever you find that is of help as well.  We need to look outside the box sometimes to not only heal ourselves but to heal others as well :)

Here is an article I found by Lucinda Basset, the founder of The Midwest Center For Anxiety And Depression.  She is a hero/ine of mine and this article inspired me to buy her book, "From Panic To Power" from our HW Bookstore. . . Her insights and advice has helped me out so much in my personal life on learning to deal with my Anxiety and Panic.  I also use her program that is kind of an advanced CBT, with all the coping techniques wrapped up into one package :)  Someday I'll get to meet the inspirational woman!

Oh, my. . . Sounds like a wild night and I'm so glad that everything turned out to be alright sis.  I did not know if this thread would fly or not, but I thought I would give it a go, lol. . . So many love to "Google" the bad stuff. . . Was hoping they would love to "HW" the good stuff that could be of help, lol :)  Plus I was thinking that it would be nice for the members to get to know HealingWell a bit better.  It's not just all posting of the forums :)  It took me awhile to search around as well, lol :)  I love to research for my writing and learning as well so I was not long on finding it :)

That is such a great article Kitt :)  Thank you so much my friend :)

Here is another that I found after watching "Good Will Hunting" last night. . . I know many have had issues in finding a good and effective therapist to seek some help, and here is a video that gives some tips on finding a "good fit" for you :)

Here is a Yahoo article for "tricking" yourself to exercise.  Many of us need more exercise to get them endorphins pumping to battle our anxiety :)  It reminded me that even simple things like getting up and cleaning hard is of benefit in multiple ways :)
