Instead of focusing on our problems, lets focus on our blessing and the needs we have that are being met: make a list.

"What are you most grateful for?"

  1. My family & my faith, which are intertwined
  2. My easy access to affordable healthcare
  3. My crazy cat
  4. The friends who have stood by me all these years
  5. Living in a democratic country- free speech etc
  6. My job- although taxing, it is rewarding
  7. My Saviour

How about you? there is always some good, even when you cant see the light at the end of the tunnel-

I am grateful for:

My family, my friends, having an income, knowing myself well and knowing all of you.

I am grateful to a dear friend in Canada that I speak with daily.  She has helped me in making many personal decisions and I treasure her knowledge, wisdom and devotion.

I am grateful that my sister has had time home before her surgery.

My list is long but I will stop here...................

I am as always grateful for my husband.  He is the kindest and most loving man I know.  And he treats me like a queen.  And I am also grateful to all the friends I have made on Healingwell.

1.  My family and friends.

2.  My friends here at Healing Well.

3.  My job (although most times don't like it, grateful I have one).

4.  My anxiety (yeh, grateful to have it as it has made me the person I am and has taught me a lot about myself and taught me ways to deal with everyday life).

5.  Having a roof over my head and food in my fridge.
