Hi there....Im not a doc but, the stress could be triggering the hypothyroidism again and if has only been two months off the meds it could also be signs of another episode of your Bi polar coming on. Just to be safe I would get a check from the doc and tell him of your symptoms. Try and find that HAPPY place and put your feet up...less stress if u can. I will send you 'Warm Fuzzy Thoughts' to help you! Take it easy!

Could you possibly be catching your little ones bug? I know when I start feeling ill, it always triggers my anxiety. Is there anything you can take to help calm your anxiety down? Sending healing thoughts your way.

Aaawww. Sounds like your little girl was taking care of you for a moment! There's a lot on your plate with little ones to take care of. Are you taking a med for your bi-polar? You really need medication and find some way to release the stress. Ever get a few moments to yourself?

Hope your feeling better.  I do understand your reason for not wanting to take meds and I would assume you have discussed this with your physician.

Please take care and keep talking with us..........you are family here.

Don't feel lonely Shell. . . The AD's in the past seemed to make me feel the same, so I try to avoid them and do proactive things to help with my depression :) I hope you get to feeling better!

Hey that is great :)  The CBT has helped me so much as well. . . It seems like you are on the right track to me!  I can't speak for everyone else, but I am doing pretty good today. . . Nice and sunny :)  I'm getting ready to unload some wood for the stove so I think I need to jog off of here a bit to do some stretches, lol :)

Your Bro Sam :)
