I agree with the wise people that have already posted, stay out of the Anticipatory Anxiety Zone.............look how far you have come.
Please don't get stuck with the "what ifs" and "maybe I shoulds". Do try the CBT or the new one by MoodGym, E couch. They are both free.
You know that I am always here to support you and I know that you will be OK. Remember to stay in the moment. You know that drill so I won't preach to the choir.

Things at work are alittle better at work now so im less stressed. I managed to get thru wivout taking meds altho i keep 2 pills in my wallet jus in case i need them. Im well versed in CBT techniques and particulaarly on CBT techniques to deal with obsessive thoughts. Its the good old distraction method which got me thru last week . Thanks for the continued support every1 i really wouldn't kno wht i wud do wivout this place.
