I will even go first this morning, I need to learn to do this on a daily basis as I still get stuck "beating myself up" sometimes before I am even out of bed.
Practice spending a few minutes thinking about the things that you are grateful for. Remember to include the things about yourself. You may be grateful for your sense of humor, your skill, talents and abilities. Allow that feeling of gratitude set the tone for your day.
I am grateful for a sense of humor, and even when I am really anxious if I can let out the tears the anxiety usually will wash away and then I can laugh at myself.
So know each and everyone of you has positive traits and celebrate the best in yourself.
I would really appreciate hearing from the members on how they validate themselves and acknowladge that they are good people with good things happening in their life.
I am sorry Nikki, I have had a huge break up with my sister's daughter and now they are not talking to me, I am having great trouble moving on right now as I am down for the count and do not know how to get back up.
I have no other extended blood family. Only my hubby and children. I also have only one friend so I am broken and not sure what to do.
I cannot continue daily roll call.
Today there is no response to the question............so there you have it.

It appears that Daily Roll Call has been helpful and enjoyable for many of you so I will continure it...........Bells Hells, why not?
I am doing much better this evening and as they say " I am on the road again" I have taken back my life and nothing will keep me down.
