I sleep at night but often toward early morning I will have nightmares that wake me up and then I toss and turn at 5:00 AM.
I am a person that needs at least 8 hours of sleep at night or I get an increase in my anxiety and I feel punchy all day.
With more sleep you have more energy and I am a low energy person right now so I do need to sleep.
Right now my problem is I get more than enough sleep. Because of a combination of stess and depression I have been sleeping through days and through the majority of my nights.
