As I read the list above, I see myself in many of these examples and I did a WOW, that is me............it was a wake up call that I need to do something to get my self esteem up where I feel better about myself.

Most of them are me too! I'm working on it though. Some days are better than others. I'm going to have soo many post it notes all over my house to remind myself of all the good things about myself and life. I'll have to remind myself to take them all down when i have company.
I am very pleased that you could all read and relate to the traits and most of you know yourselves well. Now you know what work needs to be done.

I am so glad you found this thread helpful. I think we can always work harder at learning to love ourselves and accept that we are who we are and that we are worthy of love and respect, of friends and happiness. We have invested a large amount of time in learning to deal with our feelings, we will continue our progress daily.
