Good Morning Family, Happy Sunday!

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman, “Where’s the self-help section?” She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.  smhair

Take time each week to thank the people who have helped you.  Your kind gesture will not go unnoticed.

Today's Question:

Is there anyone in your life that deserves a big ‘Thank You’?

*I just fixed the day in your title.  Todays Sunday!!  :)

I will go first this morning............. I have many people I should take the time to thank and I try to practice this.

The one I feel I need to thank the most for his constant support and understanding, his warm hugs and  believing in me is my husband.

I do try to sit him down and thank him but he always says " Now don't go getting all mushy on me" eyes

So I thank him in other ways. I will pick him up a treat when I am out, a cafe' mocha, or perhaps his favorite pie from the Bakery.

Thats my story................your up.

Hugs
Kitt

The person I have to thank is my beloved Husband. Between my Crohns and my anxiety he really has to deal with alot being married to me. But I do thank him all the time. I am constantly hugging him and telling him how happy he makes my life. He always hugs me back and tells me "thats what loving someone is all about". I am truly blessed!!

I too need to thank my loving husband. He does so much for me. I often can't find the words and don't get them out. so I make him a card on the computer or write a letter. I just don't understand why I just can't say it when it is time. Oh well, one more thing for me to work on.

Have a wonderful day everybody.

Hugs, Karen

Absolutely top of the list is my husband, he is the most understanding, caring, loving person, who has never, ever judged me and who will haul me to the ends of the earth if I ask him too.  My daughter too as she will go out of her way to help me with something, go get me something and drives me to school every week.  My little dog Buster for just being here and letting me cuddle him and kiss his ears even when he'd much rather not have the crazy lady all up in his fur.

Lots of people... Teachers... counselors.... You guys... A few friends.... I try to thank everybody I can when I can....
I think I am being picked on by life, sometimes. But's that okay. Life and I are good buddies... I know life doesn't mean no harm. It just is the way it is. I can accept that.

Well, I wish I had my husband to thank. He gets angry. He says my anxiety gets to him sometimes. It's like walking on egg shells. I have to keep all feelings inside. But I can thank all of you. You don't know how much it means to know all of you are here if I need you. Thank you.....

This is me too. Between my Crohn's, anxiety and OCD my husband has gone through it all with me. And he's always supportive and there for me. Does his best to take care of me. Truely amazing and I try to thank him as much as I can, because I know it's been hard. He's gone above and beyond in the in sickness and in health vow, more then I bet he would have thought we'd have to!

My Mom to though, she's also a huge part of my support system.
