Good Morning,
I know we have a lot of info on CBT on the site but I am going to post a link to a thread on the Depression Forum that has great posts about the power of using CBT.
 
 
Feedback from members with success stories is extremely inspiring.

This is great :) IMHO A/P & Depression go hand in hand for most people. . . And we all could use some great success stories as well :)

Thanks for the link in the first post, very encouraging. I hit the link and posted my first note there sharing some early successes with cbt and the tea forms. I only started using them in January but they have helped me a lot already.

I hope you are continuing to use the exercises like the TEA form thought countering exercise and feeling great!

hi i,m female age 37, stopped smoking 8 yrs ago, was diagnosed colitis i think 2008 ony ever had it under control once and flared up again 4 weeks ago (april 2010) trying to get it back under control,,, had 2 colonoscopy's and they want me to have another, i am  waiting on appointment (may 2010)
medication : pentasa 2 tabs twice a day and mesalazine enema once daily
 
also have heart murmur and get panick attacks and have some anxiety,,
