I have GAD and there are so many symptoms as you can see from the previous post. Are you taking any medication to help with the symptoms of anxiety? I find that therapy helps me and CBT is a good therapy which a lot of members have had good results with in regards to getting there anxiety under control maybe something you could think about? I also find coming here to HW really helps me as I can wright to people who can relate to what im going through. I hope you start to feel better soon and keep posting to let us now how you are getting on.
