Good Morning Family..............The weekend is here and I wish you peace and happiness.

Regular communication can solve problems before they fester.  Always keep an open line of communication to those around you.

Today's Question:

Is there anyone you have  been meaning to talk to?

There are a few people that I have just been meaning to talk to but haven't got around to it yet. It's hard for me to bring myself to talk to people sometimes. I just have a fear of being rejected or slammed in some way by people. Maybe I will make that in my plans for the next week. I will do that. Good question, Kitt.

Yes. . . There are so many people that I've lost contact with in this past year because of work and illness, and I feel kinda lost. It is hard to re-establish connections after a period of time, especially when you hold a little resentment towards them when they could not even call when they knew you were ill. I know I should not be that petty, but my feelings are really hurt by some of these people. I guess I would not feel that way if I actually did not care about them, and that part is not really the issue. Maybe I'm scared that they really do not like me or something. . . I don't know.

Very deep question sis :)

I have been meaning to call some of my old friends but I am afraid of rejection as I feel like they have all moved on after 3 years of having little to no contact.......this makes me anxious and sad so I put it off.

Nope, pretty much keep in touch with everyone on a daily or every other day basis.

Mmm, not really. I mean, I'm socially awkward and I have severe phone anxiety, but with the invention of email, I'm actually able to keep in touch more comfortably than ever before. Email is great for people like me!

I have been holding back with my husband a little bit, but he hasn't been feeling well, so I've kind of been giving him a break from having to deal with my crud.

I have a friend that I should talk to more but will go months without talking to because i have phone anxiety and will usually wait until they call me.
I agree with Treester about email... i will email and text more than use the phone.

I should call my father. We haven't spoken since his cancer scare. He never wanted me in the first place so it is hard to be with him. I will try Kitt. For you.
