These annoying thoughts are symptoms of anxiety/panic disorder. They are here to tell you that you need rest and relaxation. Annoying and scary thoughts come from an exhausted mind and body. Try not to let the thoughts affect you too much. When they enter your mind, just let them be. Don't fight to push them away or let them frighten you. Believe me, I've had thoughts that are recurring and sometimes scary. They do go away.
I suggest you begin seeing a therpist (if you're not already), to discuss what's going on in your life. Make sure you get lots of sleep, good food, exercise and no caffeine. I'm not a professional, but I'm hoping you visit one and those thoughts subside. Wishing you luck!
