Thanks for the link!

I'm sure many people will find this helpful!!

Ever little bit of reassurance and information about your condition really does help. Doesn't make you feel as crazy.

Thanks again.

WoW! I have so many of the things listed on there! It's almost funny to think my anxiety could cause all that! All I have to say is We the people who suffer from panic/anxeity ...OCD what have you, are strong people to be able to deal with all this on a daily basis. lol:)

MOST people who suffer from anxiety & panic disorder have intelligent and strong minds.

My subconscious thoughts were so strong that they drove me into this anxiety disorder.

So if we are intelligent and have strong enough minds to bring ourselves into this, I'm sure we can do a pretty good job of coming out of it or
at least getting a lot better!! :) Some people are less fortunate and have more serious cases.. we can only do our best though!

Hi

Great info and Wow did not relise that anxiety can cause so many symptoms,  I could put a tick next to a lot of these symptoms and agree that the more we know about the symptoms of anxiety the better chance we have off sorting them out.  Thanks for posting this thred.
