Would you consider seeing a psychiatrist or a therapist to help you work through your anxiety? I think that may be a wise option for you.
Have you been talking to your partner about your problems? I am wondering if all of the sx started to become worse when your partner had to be away from you?
I am glad your seeing a cardiologist but do ask for tests and then ask for written reports of the test results. That may help you to feel better if you have the results and you can keep your own medical record so you can look back and see that certain tests were done and what the outcome was.
