I posted here a few months back basically I had been to ER many times complaining of pain in my chest and dizzyness its now 4 months since that post and They have found I have stomach ulcers but even worse the dizzyness has not got any better it is now to the point where I sleep all the time my veins always feel like they are bulging and they hurt like crazy and I wake up in the night with the feeling my heart keeps stopping, I am on amitriptyline for depression and omeprazole for my ulcers. I feel like no doctors want to help me anymore and the ones that do always say we are doing these tests we are doing that but the tests never materialize, I have not seen my partner for months as she is living away and I have not been able to do anything with this I try and fight it so much but it always wins. What do I do next? where do I go from here to get answers? Im seeing a cardiologist in a few weeks and the doctors just tell me I have to wait, but they are not the ones living with this pain :(

Would you consider seeing a psychiatrist or a therapist to help you work through your anxiety?  I think that may be a wise option for you.

Have you been talking to your partner about your problems?  I am wondering if all of the sx started to become worse when your partner had to be away from you?

I am glad your seeing a cardiologist but do ask for tests and then ask for written reports of the test results.  That may help you to feel better if you have the results and you can keep your own medical record so you can look back and see that certain tests were done and what the outcome was.

Take care and keep on talking to us.

Yeah I def would consider that, and I do talk to my partner but I think she is getting fed up as im always depressed and never have anything good to say really, I know she loves me but I cant imagine how hard it is for her to put up with me being like this all the time. And no it was happening before that, it just came on out of nowhere a little dizzyness one night when we was out having a meal and since then its got worse and worse...I dunno what to do anymore

Hello Justin! I just wanted to say, hang in there buddy! I have had so many times when I was dead set on there was something wrong with my heart! Chest pain, palpatations, and I had 3 eco's done and lots of EKG's. They all came back normal! Anxiety will cause such strange symptoms all over your body! And your heart is one of the big ones! Just hang in there!
