Mainly I want to say I Have Nausea and Worry in the Mornings and am better by the Night.

So Pretty much every morning I wake up, I feel Restlessness, not motivation, dont feel like working, and nausea and because the nausea feeling lasts I cant eat till 5 PM, and than I feel like a normal person.

I Feel Lonely sometimes, and worry alot about nothing and have negative thoughts (just worrying), I have also lose interests in things I loved to do, but its been getting worse now.

I get Loud at times when talkin with customers at work, and I just feel LOW.

So for the Past year or more I have been taking Gabitril, and Klonopin to help with Anxiety and also Every month to other month I started with different Anti-Depressants. I Kept going back and getting diff Anti-Deppressants, and it would make me active again, but now One of my friends past away and It really didnt affect my  at all, I barely cried but I think in my mind it affected me more, so I changed Doctors in the Same Clinic, New DR gave me Lamictal for Bi-Polar, and Wellbutrin, and Zyprexa, and I am still on my Klonopin and Gabitril.

Seems like every medicine that helps loses its Potency in me after a month or so, thats Why I kept having to change Anti-Depressants, but Only Zyprexa helped with morning Nausea and made me more active recently and also gave me Hunger, but I went from 2.5 mg which worked 4 Days to 5 Mg which worked 3-4 Days, than 7.5 and than 10 mg, every med that kind of works for me stops working after a while.

All doctors do is give you new meds to test out while you suffer.

I know it is Genetic Because My mom takes Elavil (Amitryptaline) 25 MG at night and Xanax (Low mg) at night also, She has been takin those Meds for over 20 Years, she had the same exact Symptoms I did, Vomitting Worrying, and it has all been cured by Elavil, but She is addicted and my Dr Doesnt wanna give it to me cuz he said its a old Med and has more side effects, but it worked wonders for her.

So My question is, Just cuz I get Excited and talk fast, Do I Have Bi-Polar?
And also I know I worry a lot so I have anxiety, but Different Drugs worked for me for a whole year, but now nothing is helping but Zyprexa, and I hear its a Atypical Anti-Psychotic Drug, so I am scared to keep taking it.

Either way I dunno what to try and do, wierd part is, later in the day after 5 PM, I am totally Normal, all my anxiety goes away, I dont worry at all, has anyone had a similar experience.

Does your nausea only occur on days that you work? High amounts of stress/anxiety can cause nausea. Have they checked into possible heart burn?
Have they check to see if you might be anemic or diabetic?

To me it seems strange that after you are off work your anxiety and nausea goes away. So I'm thinking it has something to do with your job.

I don't think talking fast as anything to do with bipolar. As I talk very fast when I'm nervous.
Antidepressents take up to 8 weeks to fully work and get well into your system. So if your changing every 2 months or so IMO its not enough time for the drug to actually take affect. And you need to keep in mind that they will not fix/cure your anxiety. They will only ease the actual effect of one. But you can still have panic/anxiety but will less of the actual/normal effect. As these meds reduce your actual emotions.
In return lessens the effect of an attack.
You are on several meds I have zero experience with. So I can't help you with what might just be side effects. And tummy issues I'm not familiar with either. I would have a talk with your doctor again.

Just keep in mind that anti depressants do take several weeks before they actually start working. And you might start to notice changes in the 2nd week or so.

I get off work at 7-8, Yes I Think the Nausea is associated with stress/depression but it only happens when I wake up and as my day goes by, I get better, I cant eat when I am stressed or have anxiety as My throat and everything seems to just close up when I have anxiety, and if I am all happy and have no anxiety I eat great.

Job itself is stressful for anyone but, I know its not Heart Burn, and I have all blood tests done for anemic or diabetic, and I dont have either, Its from my moms Genes I can say that for sure, but I dunno if Elavil (Amitryptiline) is a good drug I should get on, it worked for her, should work for me right? but Its a older Medicine and I dunno if it is worth my future with it, but I am at a point where I might have to take it.

I think I accidentally forgot to take my 200 MG Lamictal last night and Now I feel better? I dunno if its just my stupid thinking or I really do?

I honestly still dont think I have Bi-Polar, I just get excited when I am happy and non-anxiety and my personality shows it like that, My mom is the same and all she takes is Elavil and Xanax Once a Day. I am gonna try to change doctors and get 2 more opinions, but in that process I have to keep waiting, and also most doctors dont release there paperwork and other things so its a hassle

Welcome to HealingWell.  It seems to me like you do have a depression problem and whether or not it is Bipolar is really a medical professional's call.
Here are your sx for Bipolar and talking fast is one of the sx along with other things you mentioned.

Bipolar disorder symptoms are characterized by an alternating pattern of emotional highs (mania) and lows (depression). The intensity of signs and symptoms can vary from mild to severe. There may even be periods when your life doesn't seem affected at all.
<!-- mcimagecaption --><!-- /mcimagecaption -->

Manic phase of bipolar disorder
Signs and symptoms of the manic phase of bipolar disorder may include:

  • Euphoria
  • Extreme optimism
  • Inflated self-esteem
  • Poor judgment
  • Rapid speech
  • Racing thoughts
  • Aggressive behavior
  • Agitation
  • Increased physical activity
  • Risky behavior
  • Spending sprees
  • Increased drive to perform or achieve goals
  • Increased sexual drive
  • Decreased need for sleep
  • Tendency to be easily distracted
  • Inability to concentrate
  • Drug abuse

Depressive phase of bipolar disorder
Signs and symptoms of the depressive phase of bipolar disorder may include:

  • Sadness
  • Hopelessness
  • Suicidal thoughts or behavior
  • Anxiety
  • Guilt
  • Sleep problems
  • Appetite problems
  • Fatigue
  • Loss of interest in daily activities
  • Problems concentrating
  • Irritability
  • Chronic pain without a known cause

It sounds like you are going through the meds very quickly and I am wondering if the quick changes and the different combos are causing some of you nausea.

We do have a great Bipolar forum that you may want to visit and read some of the threads on that forum.

With Major Depression Disorder you do  not usually have swings in mood as quickly as you seem to be cycling.

Please remember I am not a professional.

Take care,

Kitt

Perhaps you could talk with your Physician about cutting out one med at a time and through elimination finding the drug you think may be causing you problems.

Good luck

The Nausea's been there from before, It just got to a point a year ago where I had to start takin depressents and I would feel restlessness, but recently after a friends death, a new psych prescribed me all these new meds, new deppressant and lamictal for bipolar, old psych never said anything about bipolar and I went a year with him with no problems.

I Do wanna cut it all down, I will talk to him or but I have scheduled appts for a different doctor, but till than I have no where to talk to but here.

I dont understand how Anti-Depressants + Anxiety Meds kept me goin for a Year, and now I need Bi-Polar Meds too? My Nausea is kind of gone I can admit to that, But I still feel restlessness and wierd feelings and loneliness inside like before.

Also does anyone know much about Zyprexa? I am taking 10 MG, is it a ok Drug, or should I cut down on it?

Ray,

You pretty much have decided on your own what your answers are and I hope that you are right.  I wish you the best and I hope you can find the help your looking for.

Perhaps another member will have some better advice for you.

Take care,

Kitt
