Hi all,

my name is Kolle and I suffer from a chronic daily headache. I had a question about on of my symptoms on the headache board and they suggested to ask you :)

I was wondering if this symptom might be due to panic/anxiety. In january and february I had some panic attacks and anxiety caused by medications (I think). It increased to almost constant panic. I stopped taking the meds four months ago. The symptoms vanished completely. Eventually I had another single panic attack which was not nearly as bad as the ones earlier and once some mild anxiety. This vanished again too. But I have this tingling and burning in my feet for about four months now (since I stopped taking my meds). It seems to get worse over time and I was wondering if it might be a residue from the panic attacks. At the beginning I didn´t think much of it but now it starts to irritate me. A little anxious it could be a side effect that is lasting too.

Does anybody else feel like this after an attack?

I will ask my doc at my next appointment too of course. Thanks for reading.

Sorry, if my questions is very ridiculous. Please tell me if this cannot be a symptom of anxiety/panic. I was told it could and am really puzzled and happy with any input. Thanks.

I haven't experienced that symptom myself. My feet hurt terribly but I believe mine is just from arthritis. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

My dad has a problem with his foot. It hurts major sometimes but its from a bone spur in his ankle.

I have a foot problem but I think mine has something to do with past injury when my brother pushed me down a flight of stairs and I twisted my ankle for the first time. And of course since then I can twist it just by walking.

But it can be a few things. The Bone spur. Joint out of place. Can also be a few more serious things. I would go see your Doc and have him check it out.

Thank you Nanners and Allestaria, really I am happy you answered. So as I haven´t heard from anybody who gets this with anxiety I will ask my doctor about it. Thanks again.
