hiya all at healing well over the last three days or so i've been feeling really wierd its like i'm keep having recourring thoughts and these could be such things as though life is not worth anything or it could be worrying about having a poor nights sleep or it could be like that everything is fake or not real. and also i am finding life really hard to enjoy, what are your thoughts on this? any replies are welcome. thanks for reading.

That sounds just like how I felt when I was having anxiety and panic disorders. I've been on Prilosec for over 5 years now and am doing much better. Good luck!

Sounds to me like you are getting depressed. Have you thought about talking to your doctor or therapist and possibly getting on a med to help you thru this? I think that would be a good help for you right now. Good luck!

PS: GentlemanK, did you mean Prozac instead of Prilosec. One med is for depression the other for acid reflux/GERD.

Been living with Crohn's Disease for 33 years. Currently on Asacol, Prilosec, Estrace, Prinivil, Diltiazem, Percoset prn for pain, Zofran, Phenergan, Probiotics, and Calcium and Xanax as needed. Resections in 2002 and 2005. Also diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Osteoarthritis and Anxiety. Currently my Crohns is in remission.

I'm sorry! I got the two meds mixed up. I'm on Prilosec for my GERD and PAXIL for my depression. I meant to say I've been on Paxil for my depression for 5 years and it has helped me a lot. Thanks for pointing that out to me. Good luck!
