okay, in the middle of the night i wake up randomly sweating, crying and usually confused and i'm afraid something bad is happened.. or i forgot something or some other odd thing.. and i never know why or how i started crying because i don't know why i did. Every time it happens though the reason for why im scared and waking up is different and most of the events are from my past.. rarely are they that i am afraid of something that WILL happen and hasn't happened yet.. I think im too young for this to be happening??? but idk i really just dont know anymore.. and it's really scaring me and it happens about 2 times - 4 times a week.. does this happen to anyone else?? and what is it?!

Sounds like anxiety attacks. I've had them before and the're not fun. You are not too young for anxiety or panic attacks. They can strike anyone at anytime and at any age. I take Paxil which helps me for both anxiety and depression with minimal side effects. See a dr. and he can probably prescribe something to help you. Good luck!

Hi- just wondering if you have ever suffered major trauma of some kind?  a little of what you wrote sounds similar to PTSD.

I hope you find some relief,

A therapist would be good for you. You have issues that need to be discussed with a professional. Maz has a good question for you!
