guess what :) I haven't had a panic attack for 5 weeks!!! i've had moments of uncontrollable crying but probably only for about 4 days of the 5 weeks! :):):):):) thanks for all being so nice.  i'm currently taking 0.375 (i take half and then half of another half lol) of clonazepam every night and i'd realllllly like to get off it but i've been on it for probably 3 months now (0.25 most of that time) and im nervous that i'll mess with my good streak of no panic attacks...any opinions? i think im on a pretty low dose...

anyways i just wanted to leave a little bit of a happy message! i hope the panic is gone now...i really really really hope my nervous system is just going back to normal. fingers crossed!

I'm glad you're feeling better!! I envy you!! I don't know if it is a good idea to taper your med. It seems to be working well for you right now and well it's been only 5 weeks...not 6 months. You never know what may trigger another attack...so maybe you should continue taking it. 0.375 isn't much. I am not sure. I think others may have a better advice. But I am happy for you that you have been panic free for that long!

I agree with Melodee, why fix it if it ain't broken. I would stay on the meds, sounds like they are doing their job. Keep up the good work!

I agree. Keep taking the meds, they are why you are feeling better. Of course, that's a guess, I'm not a professional. I am really happy that you are feeling so much better! Keep doing whatever it is that you've been doing to tackle the anxiety. I wish you continued happy and healthy days!

Yeah, Alwayslove! You're getting better! I'm so happy for you. Keep it going and be good to yourself. Don't get back into the habit of ignoring your needs because you're feeling better. Well done!
