Good morning hope all is well and good with everyone! I went to my appt yesterday and it turned out pretty good. I discussed what i thought was her attitude toward the things i was telling her last week and she apologized and said she doesn't show emotion when someone is telling her bad stuff so that the person don't see it and make them feel worse. She told me she believed me and then we had a long discussion on anxiety/panic/depression and the negative things i say to myself. So that is what we are gonna start working on first. She also gave me her cell phone number so if ever i need her after hrs or on the weekends i can call her. Which you never see a therapist do I was shocked! She told me don't even think twice about calling don't worry that i may be eating dinner or busy or etc you pick up the phone and call me for something small or something big. I'm still in shock she gave me her cell number that makes me feel safer in a way knowing i can get a hold of her if things get to bad. Anyway other than that i'm doing ok today a little nervous and anxious but i'm trying to work through it..April

I am glad that you and your therapist had a good visit. I am sure you will get great benefit from these therapy sessions.

**Gentle reminder: Could you please just add to your previous post about your therapy instead of making a new post. It makes it easier for others to follow whats going on with you.
