I try to be nice, good, pious in the world etc... just sometimes I feel unwanted, but I'm not unhappy at the moment, just saying... I officially cut ties with my old place I used to go to since they seemed to not appreciate my mouth... but anyway, ... nice to be somewhere that I'm welcome, I think... c-ya o_O

Paulos,

Please talk to us about what you are going thru. You always post the same thing, but never tell us whats going on. How do you expect us to support you if we don't know how or what to help. Please be more specific with whats going on.

Hugs

Im feel this way alot, mostly at home. Its been a good couple years since ive felt like my wife wanted to be around me. Everyone justs goes through the motions and does their own thing. Tried to get her to go to counseling with me but meh she says its all my problem and things are pretty good between us. Whatever insanity is doing the same thing over and over but expecting different results right?

Have you talked to your doctor about getting on some type of depression meds to help out? Or even getting into therapy will help too. Talk to us about how you are feeling, and maybe what you feel is causing this. We are here to talk to if you will talk to us.

Paulos,

How about therapy or increasing your meds................when you were on higher doses of your meds did it help you?

Also I am going to ask, are you drinking?  I know this was a huge issue for you.............we are not here to judge just to support but the best way to be able to support you is knowing what is going on with you.   Everyone's depression is different so talk to us kiddo.

Hugs

I quit drinking again but right now I am going through alcohol withdrawal, 3 day peak, 72 hours ... right now I'm shaking, my heart is pounding, I am very scared, it is very difficult, reminds me of what I went through in 2005, november ... I can't believe this is happening again to me, I feel so stupid and so dumb and so idiotic, how could I be so dumb. I am so stupid. I cannot believe it.

Paulos,

I'm just catching up after being away for a while. I'm sorry to hear that you're going through a rough time again. Hang in there with the sobriety - you have succeeded before, and you can do it again. Just one day at a time is all you need to worry about.

Hugs,
