I shake all the time
I feel sick from the minute I wake up in the morning.

Im dizzy ALL the time non-stop. My stomach hurts. Ive been vomiting a little.
I see colored spots sometimes and I have eye floaters all of a sudden.
Im really shaky and have no balance.
Some times I get this feeling like im going to pass out.
I also feel like i have a lump in my throat and I cough some times.
My fingers and toes and arm and legs tingle some times for no reason at all. And no im not hyperventilating when it happens.
Some days I cant sleep at all and others I cant wake up.
I have no appetite at all. NONE!
most days I feel like I cant breath.
I get chest pain, hand pain, head pains, arm pain, leg pain, eye pain. everything.
I also had the shortest period of my life. It lasted 3 days and started out brown and was barely there.

WHAT IS THIS?????

They all said its anxiety and a chemical imbalance possibly from the birth control I was taking (Yaz)

Im afraid of an allergic reaction ending death.

Phia, sorry to hear about all your concerns. I can relate on some terms. I feel horrible in the mornings whenI wake up. I also am very dizzy throughout the day and feel nauseas. I get the passing out feeling quiet frequently along w/ the lump in the throat. All these symptoms plus the ones you describe are part of anxiety. Are you taking any meds to get you through the day? Also, as many people has told me, the online CBT program, it's free, and it does help. You may want to check it out. Hope you get to feeling better. Much love and support!

Phia,

I am sorry your feeling so lousy.  I think with the sx you have described you would benefit from a good physical.  Do you see a OB/GYN physician.  You perhaps need some blood work done and a chance to discuss your concerns and sx with your personal physician.

Also I do not remember as it may be in another thread but are you on medications, been to therapy for your anxiety?

The online CBT is great if you are wanting to try to get the anxiety under control.

Take care and know we are here for you.

Gentle Hugs

Phia,

Talking over your symptoms with your doctor might be a big help. He or she could help determine which ones are serious, what ones aren't or might not be, and how to go about checking into them in some sort of order. When my health anxiety is raging, it's hard to imagine how anyone could help me, but the docs are trained to organize what you tell them and come up with plans that will get you healthy again and feeling less anxious.

Good luck to you!

Phia I have to be honest, I think all your symptoms can be related to anxiety. Even though you don't think you are hyperventilating, I think you could not be breathing properly and that is causing the tingling problems. Have you talked to your doctor about some kind of anxiety meds to help you thru this? Sending healing thoughts your way.

Updating kinda.
=O I talked to a nutritionist who told me that all my problems may be from a vitamin b deficiency caused by the birth control I was on.

Now im going to try taking a vitamin b complex to see if it works.
please wish me luck.
