I know all about hitting the wall.  I do that frequently and I hate the exhaustion that conmes with it.  It is so hard to overcome

Bo: I'm sorry that I am just seeing your message now.  I have missed chatting with you and I would definately have come on.  --I hope that the Xanax helped relax both your body and mind.  I know that you have taken on a lot of responsibility with your new promotion.  But perhaps if the Xanax calms you down and you are able to get some sleep tonight that might give you some better perspective.

Hopefully we'll catch up in chat soon.  I really would like to talk.

Cass

Good Morning,

Just getting to your post now.  Any way you can not work so many hours?  Any vacation time coming up?  I sure do hope you catch a break away from so much work.

Take care,
Kitt

As an attorney, I feel your pain Bo! I worked about 10 hours straight yesterday and brought home work and did about 2 hours more. It's the name of the game for some of us :( My mental fatigue is ridiculous. Of course I had a tension headache all night and today I feel like I got hit by a truck. I took half a klonopin already just to get my body relaxed enough so I charge through another long day.

I get exhausted a lot, but I try to keep a balance as much as possible. Exercise is my god send. I also make the most of my days off...even if that means just laying in bed all day and watching movies, walking my dog, sitting on my porch with a glass of wine, etc. Whatever my body wants, then that is what it gets :) And making time during my work day to talk to my coworkers and LAUGH! That sometimes makes it more tolerable.

Take care and hang in there! I know it is rough at times, but you will always find your way through it.

Thanks everyone! Unfortunately I have 7 more wks at this pace then vaca for a wk or more! The good news is the hrs are long but really not so stressed and I've been sleeping like a baby! I have a bad habit of not eating or staying hydrated when I work like this so it adds to the feeling crappy. You think I would learn by now! Cass miss you! Again thanks to you all these rooms have been a life saver.
