Hi everyone hope all is well with all of you! I'm doing ok a little bit of anxiety the last few days but I think it's cause i'm moving and having to take care of a lot of the calls and stuff like that. Which gets me anxious. It really hits me in the evening or at night. Thank you guys for your nice comments and for your thoughts of me. Even though I don't know you guys on here I still pray for you at night when I say my prayers. I believe we all can use prayer we could always use one more player on our team! I'm happy about moving into our new house it's just stressful trying to get everything switched over and make arrangements you know how that goes. It's been so hot which doesn't help you're outside for a few minutes and you feel like you're gonna sophocate! I've been having nightmares at night lately as well i've been told that the medicine can make you do that so i'm gonna talk to my DR about that. Well take care til next time....April

April, good to hear from you.  The moving or other priorities can always produce stress, but hopefully it's reasonable and bearable.  Hopefully your group therapy is also helping to put things in perspective.  It's tough we know, hang in there.  We're praying for you also.

Thank you for the support and the prayers I sure need them as we all do. My move is going slow cause it's so hot here we're doing a little at a time so we don't have a heat stroke! Our womens group on weds meet for lunch we all meet for lunch the first wednesday after the 3rd. So i'm nervous about that I have problems eating in public before I started having these attacks again that had gotten way better I was going in restuarants but i'm a little nervous this is my first time since the attacks started again. But my therapist will be there so that will be good. Well everyone take care til next time.....April

April,

I am thrilled for you that you were able to find such a great group and how I wish they offered a support system like that where I live.

Just go to lunch and be yourself,  you are a wonderful person and kick the anxiety to the curb.  You don't need it with you at lunch.  You will be safe.

Do get plenty of breaks during the hot weather and try not to do so much moving activity in one day.

Gentle Hugs

Kitt

April, since today is Wednesday, did you have your group lunch meeting today?  How did it go?  Hope you're making progress.
