So, I recently stated that I went up from 75 mgs of zoloft to 100 mgs of zoloft every morning.
I'm not sure if this is medication, but work has been stressing me out a lot.  Things aren't working properly and it's very frustrating especially when I can't get help.  I would also like to mention that I work in a cubical and I have agoraphobia, but I've been okay with it.
I've also gotten myself involved in a relationship with a girl from Texas.  I'm from Pennsylvania.  She is the sweetest girl and I love her and plan to travel to see her.  My anxiety has been bad because of all the work we are both doing to keep this relationship alive and kickin'.  However, she gets me through rough patches knowing that she loves me and will stick by me even though she's not with me.  My biggest anxiety is that I'm not with her as in location-wise.  I have to finish college to get my BA since this will be my last year of college before I graduate.
My parents have been really stressing me out.  I feel so uncomfortable at home because I am so used to being on my own.  My parents stress me out and I've told them that they stress me out.  My parents are in a dead relationship.  They fight a lot!  I would almost say 4+ times a week.  My mom has even told my dad that she hates him. =O
I also don't have any friends at home because my friends are from college and they are all over the country.  So, the only way to keep in contact is via email/phone/facebook.  I have to wait till college starts again to see them.
I just want to know if you guys would feel a lot of anxiety if you had this plate on your table.  I would also like some advice if possible.  I also want to know if it is the meds that are making me anxious or is it these stressors that are making me anxious/panicky.

Well, my opinion is that you're going through a lot and that is what is causing the anxiety. You've increased your medication and that will no doubt take a little while to kick in. Whatever stressors you can abandon, go for it. Don't put up with stress if you can possibly do something about it.

A long-distance girlfriend, work, parents, college, that's a lot to go through. Yes, I would be feeling the anxiety about now. There are other ways of releasing stress. Are you exercising? Have you cut out caffeine and sweets? Are you getting enough sleep? Take care of yourself physically and mentally. You'll be back to "normal" soon!
