Good Morning,

I am not sure exactly what your question is?  Are you asking if anyone has abdominal cramps after taking a nap in the daytime?

I personally do not and I do not remember anyone posting anything like that after a nap only but that does not mean that a member may not experience it.

It almost sounds like heartburn... have you ever experienced heartburn?  I have had problems with heartburn/Gerd since 2002 so much so that I had a surgery and when I first started noticing it, it was after waking up because I would reflux more when laying down. It also came with lots of heart palpations. hope this may help blush
