Does anyone have a method they use to quantify their anxiety?  A scale or something that can make it a little more subjective.  I thought it might help me see if things change for the better or worse.
Yesterday I met my new doctor.  Things went very well and I think it will work out.  He gave me perscriptions for Atavan for some of the immediate symptoms as needed and sent me for blood work to rule out a few things.  I will also be starting birth control pills as the anxiety seems to be tied to my cycle and they may help even things out.
