I used to be able to nap midday with no problem before my anxiety. Now I try, but it will not happen. Anyone experience this also?
On Zoloft 50mg for 11 days.

i stopped napping because i would have panic attack that would either wake me or right after i wake. sort of like not using up the fuel and resting was building it up .

If im not working, i nap during the day. I always nap on weekends and still sleep a full 8 hrs- although my sleep is fractured and not refreshing.

Maybe the Zoloft has given you a little more energy and thats why you can't nap anymore. Just a thought!
