jeez... getting off this vic is harder than I thought, and I was cooking and I turned away a little too long and it burned a little, I felt irresponsible *even though I fixed the issue* it should not have happened... drat, lately I've been angry as ever and more prone to fits of anger/fear/worry and uselessness... and sometimes it's hard for me to find the words... for what I want to say... ugh. Panic attacks aren't pleasant.

Paulos,

Do not beat yourself up but keep your eyes on your goal and with each little victory know you are one step closer to beating your problems.

Yes anxiety and panic are not fun.  But you will feel so much better off the alcohol and the Vicodin.  You have to go through the bad to reach the good.  Keep on going.

I wish you peace,

Kitt

Paulos,

Turn those comments into positive statements.  You will feel much better if you start learning to like yourself.

Paulos, what you're going through are the side effects of not having the alcohol and vi. It is difficult to go through but it will be worth it. Hang in there, my friend. You are doing great!
