Hi Minicooper,

Yep...I am also one who has consistent and prolonged anxiety and panic. It's not fun, but I try my best not to let it take over my life and I take it one day at a time. I'm currently not on any meds but plan to get back on them as soon as possible as they will help to ease my mind. You're on meds now right?

Hugs and happiness for us all!!!

I think that you should be much better once the meds start kicking in.

Hello Mini

Yes, I have suffered from daily anxiety. Right now I am suffering from very minimal anxiety. It has been well for about a week now but before that I had daily anxiety (every work day, anyway) for at least 6 months. Someone has mentioned the Celexa may help you once it really gets going for you. I hope that is the case. It just might be!

Hello Mini
Do give your med a good 4-6 weeks to kick in although I think you will notice a difference before that. Also do not be afraid to discuss your concerns re the medications with your Physician.

Take care of you,
