I thought I would share with you same really good tips that have help me with panic attack.
Let me tell you a story (I know) but this is anexperience that happen to me and could have proved every embarrassing
I used to work in sales travel about and see clients face to face. On one occasion, sitting talking to a client in a very hot room my mind starts to have the “panic thoughts” I can feel my breathing change and start feeling dizzy, thinking I need to get out of here, but I cant..
and I remember a tip that a good friend of mine suggested.
He told me that when we have a panic attack you only use one side of your brain, I think he said the right side, and that it is impossible to have a panic attack if you use both sides of you brain
He said to us a tennis ball and throw it from your left hand to your right hand. Well that is not good when your sitting with a client trying to sell your product.
So as I sat in the chair I imagined a tennis ball bouncing between my left foot and my right foot moving my toes and saying left and right in my mind, well let me tell you this worked a treat within a very short space of time started feeling good again.
Sure enough I have a panic attack, so I sat there and again imagined a tennis ball but this time I used my hands throwing from left t right hand back and forth saying left hand right hand, and again sure enough within about a minute my panic attack had gon
Method number 2, this is another method that I have also found helpful, if I start feel a panic attack of anxiety I start to count my breathing from 1 -10 and when I get to 10 start again, breathing into my stomach.
You cold sue both methods together.
I would be nice to hear from anyone who has success with the above methods
