have anyone tried those exposure to internal sensation exercise?
do you have any success and how often you practise them?
I come across big problem while practising those exercise that cause dizzines,
for example, the swivel chair spinning
I find that I want to vomit due to the dizziness caused
and the biggest problem is that the dizziness feeling remain in my head for long long time after I finish the exercise

below is the list of exposure to internal sensation exercises which I am starting to try

hyperventilation
shaking head
head between legs
running in place/run up steps
maintain muscle tension
hold your breath
spinning
breathe through a straw
chest breathing
stare at a spot

thank you for reading and response

Good Morning.  I am not familiar with these exercises.  Could you give us a bit more information.  You spoke of spinning in a chair, what is this exercise about and why would you do it?

Thanks for any info you may have.
