over the past few weeks ive been experiencing numbness in my head its now progressed into my face and lips also occassionally over other parts of my body, i do suffer from panic but i get this even when im calm, i have also been experiencing dizziness at times to, im on 175mcg of levo thyroxine daily and my level was checked recently, at present i am under an enormous amount of stress and im sure this is a contributing factor im in my middle 30's and almost 8 stone over weight, im really scared this is something serious but hoping im over reacting, please reply

You know this could very well be from all the stress you are under. But I would recommend seeing your family doctor to rule out anything else.'

Crohn's Disease for over 33 years. Currently on Asacol, Prilosec, Estrace, Prinivil, Diltiazem, Percoset prn for pain, Zofran, Phenergan, Probiotics, Calcium  w/Vit D, and Xanax as needed. Welcome to HealingWell and the Anxiety Forum. I know you may feel calm and not upset but perhaps your stress is always right there beneath the surface and is causing you anxiety that you are not recognizing.
I think Nanners is right,  a visit to your PCP for a good medical check up sounds like a wise plan.
