Hey there, may I suggest you stop taking your pulse as everyones pulses will slow don and speed up all day long.
If you are worried about how you will feel tomorrow perhaps not drinking alcohol is something to try. I drink Diet Coke and have just as much fun as drinking alcohol and no headache in the morning.

Hi..i was like you and used to check my pulse all the time...I think its just part of anxiety, but i dont do it anymore unless i have some palpatations or something and i will...I used to take my blood pressure constant too...I have stopped that too......I do not drink anymore at all because it does stir up my anxiety because if if feel funny i panic .....So try not to drink.....You can still have fun....Get u a virgin drink like a margarita without the alcohol...... Try and not worry......and HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU !!

OMG! I have the same thing you are not alone. A friend whos a nurse tells me I am so in tuned with my body that I am sensitive to changes or things going on that most people wouldnt notice. Alcohol has the same affect on me also as do for many people. I constantly check my heartrate and when I am tired or not feeling well it is far worse. They call this "checking in". Trying to work through all this myself I do not take meds on a daily basis and only use an ativan when I have an intense panic attack. Fortunately that is not too often.
