We used to do quotes that inspire us on this forum and I thought it would be nice for everyone to share some favorites so maybe we can learn a little about each other and possibly some valuable life lessons that we can use to help combat our Anxiety & Panic :)

****************

I'll begin with a quote that I have framed over my desk:

“The challenge of leadership is to be strong, but not rude; be kind, but not weak; be bold, but not bully; be thoughtful, but not lazy; be humble, but not timid; be proud, but not arrogant; have humor, but without folly.”

~Jim Rohn~

This one really helps me daily to stay focused on the important things in life :)

Im so glad you brought this up, sometimes just reading some qoutes can snap me into a positive outlook. Here's some of my favorites.... :)
I keep the telephone of my mind open to peace, harmony, health, love and abundance. Then, whenever doubt, anxiety or fear try to call me, they keep getting a busy signal - and soon they'll forget my number. ~Edith Armstrong

Many of our fears are tissue-paper-thin, and a single courageous step would carry us clear through them. ~Brendan Francis

Feed your faith and your fears will starve to death. ~Author Unknown

Courage is resistance to fear, mastery of fear - not absence of fear. ~Mark Twain, Pudd'nhead Wilson's Calendar, 1894

If Fear and Panic await me I will worry for them if and when I reach them, for now I am safe and now is all that matters. ~Author Unknown

Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could; some blunders and absurdities have crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; you shall begin it serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense. ~Ralph Waldo Emerson

I have to post this one as I saw it at work today in the Nursing Office at school.

And those that don't ~
May God turn their hearts;
And if he doesn't turn their hearts;
May he turn their ankles
So we may know them
by their limping ~
