Alright so I thought I would but my thing in. I've been having panic attacks for about 2 years and I am just turning 18. They all started out one day while i was in school getting ready to take a test. I started getting really dizzy and sweating. Does this mean I have test anixety? or what because i'm so confused about all this still.

Good Morning basketballgirl,

Welcome to the Anxiety and Panic Forum.  I am a bit confused re the first part of your post so perhaps you could give us a bit more information re what is going on besides the Test Anxiety.

Have you had test anxiety in the past?

Also I would like to see you talk with your physician re these sx you are having as you may just need a good physical check up to rule out any medical reasons for your anxiety.

Please do stick with us and know we care.

Again a warm welcome
