I feel like i always need something to worry about, this is horrible and extremely draining.
The other night i went out for my friends birthday and just feel panicked the day after, even now 2 days after. I am trying to find something wrong, or maybe that i did to worry about. I know though that i didnt do anything. I feel like i have betrayed my boyfriend in some way. how do i stop feeling anxious and so stressed?

I know exactly what you mean. My husband says that I always have something to complain about. We worry about too many things that we have no control over. I just try to relax and not care. Sometimes it feels good not to be in control. Just sit back and enjoy life live in the moment and the more that you do that the less you will worry!
