I have had these symptoms for quite awhile and have seen many drs to no avail.
Please tell me if this sounds like anxiety.
I get these spells where I get bloated, gassy, bad indigestion, hot/cold and real restless because of the nausea.
I also get muscle pains and feel really tired and spaced out sometimes.  I get irritable and nervous sometimes.
I  have been on lexapro for over 15 yrs, and my dr wants to change me to something else.
My vitamin b12 level is 268 and I am taking supplements.  Sometimes I wonder if my symptoms are from fibromyalgia.
Please give me your opinion.
Thanks so much

I suffer with Fibro myself. I would suggest that maybe getting a referral to a Rheumatologist to check to see if you have any of the trigger points. They are best in diagnosing/treating Fibro.

As for the anxiety, I always get very nauseaous and diarrhea when my anxiety kicks in. But thru therapy and the occasional use of my Xanax I am now able to stop it before it gets out of hand. If I take the Xanax at the first hint, I will avoid the 3-4 bad stomach days I can get.
Hope that helps a little.
