Does anyone feel that our high anxiety makes us isolate ourselves from other? I certainly do. When I am really anxious I do not want to be around anyone. As a result I really have no close girl friends. My therapist told me one time to take a class in the evenings, something I was interested in and maybe I would make some friends that share similar interest. Good suggestion, never followed through on that one. But lately, I feel very alone and misunderstood. I know it is up to me to change this but having a hard time "getting going."
Anyone else feel like this?
