Hello ealey and welcome to the Anxiety Forum. I just read through your thread in depression to see what has been happening with you for some background information as your post does not give a lot of detail.
You did mention on that thread that you feel depressed and are having slight Panic attacks but you have not been to a physician for the above problems and you have no insurance.
We have a great resource thread above and I will post the link for you here. There is a free online form of therapy, CBT, that you can do online right from the comfort of you home. Please do consider joining this site.
You will find the link for the CBT site in the 5th post down.
Know your personal limits. One of the chief causes of anxiety is when a person takes on more than he can handle. Know your limits as to what you can do and how much you can do. It will go a long way in reducing anxiety in life. Reducing anxiety is not hard to do once a person knows how to it. The one principle to keep in mind is if you have any doubts about reducing anxiety on your own, seek professional help. Look around your city/town for any clinic that would offer reduced rates for therapy, check you local mental health agency for assistance.
I hope this helps you in some small way.
